Tasting Notes:

Pale straw in colour. Bright Aromas of citrus, with a twist of elderflower and kiwi. A refreshing crisp structure with abundant flavours in the citrus and herbal spectrum.

Technical:

After picking and pressing the individual parcels were fermented separately. Following selection of the components, the wine was blended and bottled.

"Bright, pale straw colour, lighter on rim. This has a gentle core of fresh grassy aromas with layers of herbs, mint and leaf, in the cooler spectrum, the nose building in volume revealing nuances of green beans. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, a concentrated heart of gooseberry, grass and capsicums is the feature on palate, with leaf and bean elements unfolding. The fruit has sweetness, enhanced by lively acidity, and the wine follows a fine, dry, textural line to a moderately sustained finish with the beginnings of secondary interest. This is an accessible, up-front, sweet, grassy flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with some bean-like development. Serve with antipasto and Mediterranean fare over the next 18 months – 2 years."
