Tasting Notes:

A pale and brilliant dry sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles, a delicate fruity nose, a fresh and harmonious palate. Light gold with faint lemon hues. An aromatic nose showing fruit with fresh spring flowers. Apples and pears lead with citrus and herbs. Slightly creamy viscosity with a nice persistent finish.

Technical:

Machine harvest. The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in tanks for 2 weeks at 14° C and is then followed by dosing.

Light and lovely to the palate, and not too heady in the afternoon, though we are both retired, and the second occasion was Mother's Day.
