Not too dry and not too fruity. Suits both palates
I enjoy entertaining with this wine as so far it is acceptable to all tastes. Seems to hold its bubbles longer than some of the others.

Very drinkable
I bought this wine for my daughter's wedding. We had ordered it previously and thought it covered all the bases. Not too dry, not too sweet. Just great for a celebration and or big party.

Very quaffable!
This has a sharper back palate taste than what I'm used to. However very drinkable now. Nice fine bead. Used the left over bubbly to make beautiful sauce. Good to drink with fish or chicken or snacks. Better than most Australian bubblies. Not my favourite - but if the price was good I would buy again.

B de R, French bubbles delight the crowd!
I'm a Sieur D'Arques fan but many of my (uninitiated) friends prefer a lighter quaffing bubbly and boy does B de R hit the mark! Drinking real French Bubbly and feeling so "at home"!

Nice pleasant wine that appeals to my dry palate.
I buy this wine regularly when it reaches the price i want to pay.It has a nice dry astringency which some how doesn't stop the evidence of its fruit.I find a lingering taste of almonds at the back end of the swallow which intrigues me.I have no tasting skills but i think this wine is a elegant drop.

Great value
This is the second time I have bought this wine. It is great value and shows far more flavour and complexity than could be imagined for the price. Unfortunately I have never found an Australian quaffer to come close in value for money.
