Using the quality, local ingredients at their fingertips, they craft Red Manhattan from Starward single malt, fully matured in red wine barrels. Next, they add bitters then a red wine vermouth created bespoke for this cocktail by Adelaide Hills Distillery. They infuse South Australian red wine with native botanicals to complement Starward's single malt like nobody's business
