Tasting Notes:

The award winning N Gin VLC is a subtly sweet gin with well balanced citrus and vanilla flavours. An easy drink ideal for gin and tonic or as a base for a cocktail. A  gin best served with a twist of orange or lemon peel.

Technical:

Distilled in a double copper still  using water from the Sierra Nevada, the botanicals in the gin are citrus led including  Valencian citrus fruits like orange, lemon and mandarin. Further botanicals such as Cardamom, Angelica, Rosemary, Licorice, Corriander, Sage and of course Juniper are added to enhance the flavour and taste of this gin. Finally the addition a "touch of the estate" with grapes of the Chardonnay variety are added to give a  truly memorable gin.
