Tasting Notes:

Vibrant red with a purple hue tinging the edges. Red plum fruit aromas with a touch of spice and subtle, sweet vanilla oak characters. This is a vibrant spicy wine of medium body, bursting with plump, berry characters, supported by gentle tannins with a long, satisfying finish.

Technical:

in 1969 while excavating their original vineyard dam the taylor family unearthed the remains of tiny fossils in the limestone bedrock. these prehistoric seahorses confirmed the area had once been the bed of an ancient sea. sea dragon valley represents this original discovery and is a tribute to the three generations of taylor family winemakers
