Crafted from mature, low-yielding vines in the northern Margaret River region, the Rosabrook Dear Father Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a standout vintage that reflects both the power and elegance of this iconic Australian wine region. The vineyard, planted nearly two decades ago, benefited from well-drained, ventilated soils during a long, cool ripening season—resulting in red fruit with exceptional flavour concentration and fine-grained tannins.
Fermented in static fermenters with daily pump-overs to extract deep colour and structure, the wine was transferred to seasoned French oak barrels, where it matured for 14 months before bottling. It was then laid down for additional time in bottle prior to release, ensuring both complexity and finesse.
Pouring a deep, vibrant red, the wine opens with a classic bouquet of briar, cassis, and earthy undertones, unmistakably Margaret River Cabernet in style. The palate is velvety and finely structured, offering layers of dark berries, subtle oak spice, and balanced acidity, with a long, poised finish supported by refined tannins.
This exceptional release has been awarded 96 Points and Top Gold at the Rutherglen Wine Show, is a Trophy Winner from the same competition, and a Gold Medal Winner at the James Halliday Cabernet Challenge—a true testament to its pedigree and precision.
Enjoy the Rosabrook Dear Father Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 with chargrilled ribeye, rosemary roast lamb, mushroom stroganoff, or hard cheeses, where its balance and structure shine.

Huon Hooke - The Real Review
"Deep, bright red-purple; reserved but attractive aromas, savoury dry underbrush and earthy, meaty notes overlying cranberry, the palate medium bodied and again savoury, with drying powdery tannins. Red fruits lead the palate flavours."
James Halliday Wine Companion
"Attractive plump ripe fruit with lots of mint and menthol plus baking spices. Rather soft and approachable with some grip to the tannins carried well by the mulberry and cassis flavours."
