Tasting Notes:

An explosion of flavours leap from the glass with intense mulberry fruit flavours the highlight. This wine is perfectly balanced and shows good weight and the wine finishes long and will reward careful cellaring.

Technical:

This wine was blended from the best barrels of wine not included in The Olssen Six 2007. It is a blend of cabernet franc (22%), merlot (22%), petit verdot (21%), malbec (15%), cabernet sauvignon (15%) and carmenère (3%).

Great bottle age when offered for sale. Well worth trying for those who like red wine. Would certainly buy this again or the 3rd six if it becomes available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Black Humour from Consistent pleasant red wine This is not for the 25th wedding anniversary ... but for every other night of the year, it's nice to drink, not too high in abv, consistent ... and good enough that visitors always comment on it. It's our default quaffing wine these days ... even if it is a cut above typical quaffing wine.
