Tasting Notes:

Flavours of berries at the fore with hints of dried herbs and sweet spice. The finish is long and fine with velvety tannins.

Technical:

The fruit was sourced from our Charleston vineyard (single vineyard, estate owned.)

The grapes were crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in open tank fermenters for 7 days.

The wine is then bag pressed to tank and racked, before being matured in French and American oak for 10 months.
