Tasting Notes:

The wine has a rustic fruit with ripe plum and blueberry. Behind it sit spice notes, licorice and still robust tannins, which are already significantly softer with ventilation. Elegant long finish, rounded off by a subtle oak note.

Technical:

Handcrafted, unfiltered and unfined. Hand-picked, basket pressed, open fermenter for 2 weeks. Aged in French & American Oak, 25% new for 18 months
