Pale salmon in colour, delicate red berry fruits, a touch of spice with a hint of sweetness resulting in a delectable easy drinking wine.Vibrant easy drinking whites and plump soft reds. Decades since first release, this trusted everyday range of wines is best enjoyed with family and friends.

Technical:

Drought, fire and flood, followed by a pandemic. The 2020 vintage threw everything at us, fortunately the smoke did not reach the Riverina and impact the fruit. The drought again impacted us with a dry winter and early spring. Thus resulting in some restriction of growth and yield. Leading to good quality fruit.

The fruit for this wine is harvested early morning to retain the fresh fruit characters that exemplify this Rosé. The grape is pressed almost immediately to gain just a hint of colour then the juice is fermented in tank over the next 2-3 weeks.

Accolades & Awards:

4 Star Rated - National Winestate Magazine December 2020

Shy red fruit fragrances with a pretty floral lift. Pleasant savoury, green berry, fruit flavours. Lovely line of acid.
