The wine is full and fruity with a very modest, pleasant 'sweetness' in the aftertaste. Handsome New World Wine: nowhere predominant aromas and flavours, all balanced.

Grant Burge produces delightful wine under the label Boomerang Bay. The grapes for this wine come from both the Barossa and through South East Australia. Paramount that Boomerang Bay red and white delicious accessible, must be fresh wines of consistent quality; previously adjusted the blend from year to year to achieve that consistency.
