Wynns The Gables Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 continues the proud heritage of one of Coonawarra’s most recognised producers. For more than 50 years, the heritage-listed Wynns winery and its famous Gables have appeared on Wynns Coonawarra Estate labels, becoming a distinctive symbol of the quality and regional character behind the wines. Established in 1897, Wynns Coonawarra Estate is also recognised as a 5 Red Star Rated Winery by the James Halliday Wine Companion.

Crafted from small, select parcels of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 release opens with dark cherry, blackberry and fragrant dusty spices, complemented by classic cedar and tobacco with lingering sage and thyme. The palate is elegant and detailed, with succulent acidity and superfine tannins creating a seamless, persistent finish. Previous vintages have achieved 93 Points from Shanteh Wale for the Halliday Wine Companion and a Silver Medal at the 2024 Royal Adelaide Wine Show, reinforcing the pedigree of this classic Coonawarra Cabernet. Its balance and savoury character make it an excellent match for charcuterie, mature cheeses, grilled meats or smoky spiced prawns.
