Dark Spy Rosso Delle Venezie 2016

Medium bodied red wine from North of Italy. This wine opens with redcurrant and strawberry aromas and finishes with bell pepper and a touch of cut grass. Easygoing and well balanced on the palate; note an interesting acidity. Almost any kind of red meat, especially if served rare, goes wonderfully with this wine; also simple dishes, like an antipasto, suffice to fully appreciate this wine.

The history of Vin de Pays d'Oc wines can be traced back to the 5th century, when the Greeks planted the first vineyards near Narbonne. Along with parts of Provence, these are considered to be France’s oldest vineyards.

Pays d’Oc IGP is an official quality label certified by Bureau Véritas Quality France.

Here on the southern coasts of Italy, between the Adriatic and Ionic Seas, the glittering ocean crashes against the cliffs and rocks. This is where centuries-old history, culture and tradition converge; here the Rosso delle Puglia grows in perfect climatic conditions. The vines scoop their power from the comprehensive terrain to ripen their berries. The sun pleasures the leaves with light and warmth while the fresh breeze from the oceans cools the vineyards.

Quinson Beaujolais Villages 2015

Grape varieties: Made exclusively from Gamay Noir with white juice.

Origin: Along the bank of the Sâone River, between Macon and Lyon

Vinification: Hand-picked grapes selected following a rigorous selection process. No pressing or breaking of bunches. Fermentation of full bunches for 6-8 days. This technique provides the distinct aromas of this nouveau wine. This is followed by traditional red-wine vinification.

Dark Spy Rosso Delle Venezie 2016

This red wine is vinified by the traditional red wine method. The fermentation is long 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks. This wine is aged for some months in barrique. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Refosco dal Penducolo Rosso.
