Shiraz is the most important and widely planted red grape variety in Australia. A richly, fruit flavoured wine that carries through to the full palate showing good ripe berries, black cheery, raspberry and plum with a note of toasted oak and a soft, full finish. This wine is bold and vibrant, yet silky leading to a long, satisfying finish. This wine is crafted to be enjoyed now, but will also benefit from up to 3 years of bottle aging.

Calabria The Orford Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The deep purple colour is accentuated by vibrant red hues. This Cabernet Sauvignon is an attractive fruit-driven red, with a full bouquet of sweet berries and violets complemented by subtle French oak. The ripe berry characters flow smoothly onto the palate, combining with spices and vanilla oak and soft chewy tannins. Pair with roast lamb with fresh thyme, rosemary and sage, vintage cheddar cheeses.

Ironbank Shiraz 2021

The palate is the highlight of the wine, exhibiting richand vibrant varietal berry-fruit flavours. This is a full, well-rounded red wine that is smooth, complex and very long in flavour. This wime is well suited to cheese, red meats, and spicy Asian dishes or this wine can be enjoyed on it's own.
