Bare Necessities Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Fruit was sourced from select vineyards across South Australia, which stood out as producing the best quality fruit of the vintage. All fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night or early hours of the morning to ensure the fruit was not stressed by any of the warm daytime temperatures. We crushed, chilled and fermented the juice at controlled temperatures to ensure we reflected the characters and quality of the vineyard and variety. The wine was bottled after stabilization and filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.

Lowlands Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The grapes for this wine were sourced from a single block in the Dillons Point subregion, in Lower Wairau Valley of Marlborough, from a single estate owned by the Holdaway Family.

Niche Sauvignon Blanc 2023

The fruit was sourced from selected premium vineyards across South Australia. The fruit was de-stemmed and pressed immediately after harvest and a cool fermentation was initiated in stainless steel tanks to retain the clean, fresh aromatic fruit characters.

1838 Reserve Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2023

John Reynell is credited as being the first to establish a vineyard in the sothern areas of Adelaide. He commenced vin planting is 1838 and was a foinding member of the Agriultural and Horticurtural Socity of South Australia.

Sourced from premium vineyards grown in the brick red to chocolate coloured loamy and limestone riuch solils od South Australia's premium viticural regions.

Serafino Goose Island McLaren Vale Sauvignon Blanc 2023

The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was harvested in the cool of the night in order to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The fruit were destemmed, chilled and gently pressed into stainless steel vessels. The juice was allowed to settle clear and then racked for a long cool fermentation. The wine was then stabilised abd filtered in order to retain the brightness and freshness in flavours.
