Tasting Notes:

Pale straw. The nose is totally delicious smelling, brimming with aromas of green apples, citrus fruits with floral undertones. The palate is ridiculously good bursting with notes of citrus fruits, sweet lemon pith and green apple, all carried onto the palate creating a light, fresh Prosecco. The fruit sweetness is balanced out by the crisp acidity that makes for a lingering finish.

Technical:

This wine should be enjoyed while the juicy fruit flavours are still vibrant and fresh, so as soon as possible within 2 years of bottling.
