Tasting Notes:

Crisp, fresh, and bursting with vibrancy, the Normans Holbrooks Road Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a stellar expression of early-picked, cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested in the cool of night to preserve natural acidity and fruit character, the wine underwent a rapid crush, cold fermentation with a specially selected yeast strain, and immediate bottling to lock in its zesty freshness.

Pale straw with youthful green hues, the nose is filled with ripe pineapple and citrus, lifted by subtle notes of gooseberries and passionfruit. The palate delivers a refreshing mix of tropical fruit, lemon and lime zest, and a bright, lingering finish framed by natural fruit acidity. This wine shines for its clarity, purity, and vibrant expression of fruit.

Produced by trophy-winning Normans Wines, established in 1853 and renowned for consistently delivering high-quality Australian wines.

Perfect pairings include grilled prawns, Thai green curry, fresh oysters, or goat cheese salad—dishes that complement the wine’s lively tropical and citrus profile.
