Tasting Notes:

The colour is pale yellow straw with gold tinges. The bouquet offers notes of white fresh fruits as jasmine. On the palate it results fresh, elegant and well balanced with pleasant aftertaste.

Technical:

Soft pressing of the grapes with immediate separation of the must from the lees. Controlled temperature fermentation at 16° C. Great with pasta, salami and more! Service temperature: 10° – 12° C.
