A bright straw green with classic Semillon aromas of honeydew melon, citrus blossom and cut grass that are complemented by notes of guava and green apple from the Sauvignon Blanc. Fine and refreshing the Semillon provides richness and depth with fruit flavours of lemongrass and lime, while the Sauvignon Blanc offers layers of guava flavours and a fine finish. A refreshing wine that could be enjoyed with risotto. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
