As a typical example of Cool-Climate Shiraz, this wine shows terrific balance with obvious acidity and natural sweetness. With rare aroma coming from the special fruits of the year and 5 years ageing, the tannins are fine grained with savory long finish. On palate, the wine has plum, dark berries, black pepper, and some dark chocolate.
