Tasting Notes:

This wine is a deep red with a bright magenta hue. Vibrant aromatics of purple fruited compote, spice and purple florals on the nose. The palate is dominated by dark fruits and brambles, spice and a hint of warming oak, with a seamless flow and integrated tannin. Juicy dark fruit flavours persist through the finish, with a hint of violet to close.

Spicy, stemmy, bloody and saturated in pomegranate molasses, black cherries, a spoonful of tapenade and dried oregano. Pretty exciting array of flavour for a $25 wine. It's still a little raw and frisky right now, but delicious drinking for the money.
