Deep purple to crimson red in colour. Concentrated raspberry and mulberry fruits with hint of vanilla and pepper spice. Smooth and rich it can be enjoy on its own or with red meats, barbecues and pasta dishes.

Technical:

The fruit was picked and crushed with the richness of the fruit in its natural state meaning that minimal intervention was required in the winery. Separate parcels were left on skins for some time in order to develop the natural fruit acid and tannin structure, to ensure fruit purity we fermented in stainless steel and aged in second and third use French and American hogshead barrels.
