Tasting Notes:

A seductive and pleasing combination. Cabernet hosts a black olive and cassis nose while the Petit Verdot constrains the sweeter fruit characters of blackcurrant and blackberry. While still young, this wine has a smoked capsicum undertone that will dissipate and a gentle soft back palate will please the drinker.
