Tasting Notes:

Opening with a ripe nose showing dark berry fruit intensity, violet, cassis and earth, this deep, dark red blend has a rich, ripe palate with a juicy core of red berry and plum, a slippery texture and ripe tannin support. It has well balanced acidity and a touch of dark chocolate on the seamless finish.

Technical:

Tisdall Wines has been part of Victoria’s Goulburn Valley since 1971 and have gone on to become one of Victorias finest producers. Tisdall Wines is not so much a new winery, as a reborn one. The vineyard, with most of the mainstream varieties, has been in continuous production since 1971. It is planted to chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, riesling, semillon and shiraz.
