Wirrega Vineyards Limestone Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Wirrega Vineyards near Mundulla in South Australia’s Limestone Coast have been growing quality wine grapes for the last 25 years. The area is littered with enormous sink holes, that open up during periods of heavy rain to top up the enormous underground aquifers. Locally these sink holes are referred to as ‘Runaway’ holes

The Alexander Cameron Limestone Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2019

The individual parcels were machine harvested in the cool of the night and then crushed and pressed on arrival to the winery. Once settled, the clear juices were racked off and inoculated with aromatic yeast strains. One finished ferment; the resulting wines were blended together and prepared to bottle.
