The Yow Yow Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2021 is a refined and expressive cool-climate Chardonnay that beautifully balances richness with elegance, showcasing the strength of the Yarra Valley in an outstanding vintage. This fifth release highlights careful craftsmanship, with barrel fermentation and 10 months maturation in French oak (including a portion of new oak) adding depth, texture and complexity to an already vibrant fruit profile.

In the glass, it opens with lifted citrus and fleshy white nectarine aromas, layered with subtle grilled nut nuances. The palate is generous and creamy, delivering ripe stone fruit flavours supported by well-integrated oak and a smooth, rounded texture, while maintaining freshness and balance through a long, elegant finish. Awarded an impressive 96 points by Sam Kim of Wine Orbit, this Chardonnay stands out for both its flavour intensity and finesse.

A versatile and food-friendly wine, it pairs beautifully with poultry, pork, rich seafood and creamy dishes, making it an ideal choice for both entertaining and indulgent dining.
