Tasting Notes:

Light straw in colour. Vibrant fresh citrus fruits aromas. A fresh style of wine with melon, pineapple and citrus flavours up front. The wine finishes with lovely, creamy characters with a touch of acidity.

Technical:

The grapes were sourced from a single vineyard and machine harvested early at the start of vintage while beame’ levels were still quite low. We crushed, chilled and fermented the juice at controlled temperatures in the cool cellar. The wine was bottled under pressure under a new screw cap closure to ensure it retains freshness even once opened.

I was expecting the usual cork and wire on sparkling wine but this was so easy to open and to put back in the fridge, although I enjoyed it so much it didn’t last long.
