These vineyards sit on fertile glacial soils and gravelly loams, which provide the wine with structure and a unique minerality. Carefully crafted, the grapes were gently pressed, fermented in selected yeast strains and aged in old French oak barriques to add complexity, texture, and depth.

On the nose, this wine offers persistent aromas of ripe red apple, green pear, and subtle spice, while on the palate, ripe fruit and a delicate ginger spice dance harmoniously.
