With a decade of bottle age, this museum release offers a fascinating opportunity to experience a mature Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc.


Pale straw with a subtle green tinge, the bouquet is lifted and floral with nettle, grass and citrus characters. The palate remains crisp and lively, combining intense lime, lemon and grassy Semillon flavours with tropical Sauvignon Blanc fruit and a subtle touch of lanolin. Fine, persistent acidity provides freshness and structure, leading to a textured, balanced finish.


Rated 91 Points by Ray Jordan of Wine Pilot and now available at under half price, this is an impressive mature Margaret River white offering outstanding value.

Keen crisp acid still drives the long finish. Looking pretty good.''
