The Two Italian Boys Rosé 2025 is a vibrant and expressive 100% Grenache Rosé that perfectly balances freshness, delicacy, and flavour intensity. Crafted from carefully hand-selected Grenache grapes, the fruit was harvested in the cool of night to preserve natural brightness and drained as free-run juice once the ideal colour and flavour were achieved. Fermentation was guided by multiple yeast strains to build complexity, mouthfeel, and fruit purity, while careful reductive handling and cool storage at 10–12 °C ensured crystal clarity, freshness, and longevity.

In the glass, this Rosé displays an attractive bright pink hue that will gradually take on an autumnal red with age. The nose is bursting with aromas of ripe raspberries and strawberry jam, while the palate mirrors those berry-jam flavours with freshness and softness. A delicate touch of sweetness adds roundness, balanced by crisp acidity that leaves the finish bright, clean, and refreshing.
