Tasting Notes:

Rich purple/black with great depth. A pretty nose with blueberry, plum, violets and soft touch of well integrated oak. A beautiful wine to use a word, it has all the characters you expect in McLaren vale Shiraz with blueberry, plum, raspberry with further depth from notes of violets, chocolate and blackberry. The tannin structure really melts into the beautiful underlying oak with a soft delicious finish.

Bin C163 is a delicious velvety shiraz and we have looked forward in anticipation every time we have opened one to drink. We will buy it to fill our quaffer rack again as long as it stays in stock.
