Deep crimson with a violet edge, this premium Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon opens with intense aromas of dark berries, red fruits, and subtle capsicum, supported by fine, well-integrated French oak. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, delivering flavours of blackberry, red currants, and fresh herbs, finishing with fine-grained tannins and a touch of refined oak.

Crafted with a commitment to small-batch, site-driven winemaking, this Cabernet is made from old, low-yielding vines grown in the famed red soils of Coonawarra. Hand-picked in small batches, the fruit undergoes extended skin contact to enhance flavour and structure, then matures in French oak. Following individual barrel selection, the final blend is bottled with minimal fining and filtration to preserve purity.

Enjoy with grilled lamb chops, beef Wellington, roasted root vegetables, or hard cheeses to complement its classic cool-climate character and elegant structure.
