Abbey Rock Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a small-batch expression of one of Australia’s most celebrated Cabernet regions. Produced from older, low-yielding Coonawarra vineyards, the fruit is hand-picked in small parcels before extended skin contact and maturation in carefully selected French oak barrels.

Deep crimson with vibrant violet hues, the wine opens with generous dark berry aromas complemented by refined French oak. The medium-bodied palate is rich and fruit-forward, delivering blackberry and ripe red fruits alongside classic Cabernet capsicum characters. Fine-grained tannins and beautifully integrated oak provide structure and balance through a smooth, lingering finish.

Bottled with minimal fining and filtration, this elegant release captures the distinctive character of Coonawarra’s famous red soils while retaining freshness, purity and generous varietal fruit.
