Crafted by third-generation winemakers, the Pllana Shiraz 2021 is a generous, fruit-forward red that combines traditional craftsmanship with a refined, modern finish. Fermentation was carried out in a combination of static and rotary fermenters under warm temperatures for 6–7 days, striking the perfect balance between extracting structure-building tannins and preserving vibrant aromatics and fruit purity.

The result is a wine of dark purple colour with red hues, presenting lifted aromas of fresh plums, violet florals, and a touch of vanilla oak. On the palate, it delivers a silky, medium to full-bodied texture, brimming with blueberry, plum, and a gentle thread of milk chocolate and warm spice. The tannins are soft and supple, contributing to a long, succulent finish where bright fruit flavours linger beautifully.

This is a well-structured, expressive Shiraz that pairs effortlessly with braised short ribs, lamb tagine, roasted vegetables, or milk chocolate truffles, making it as versatile as it is enjoyable.
