In the glass, the wine opens with lifted aromas of fresh cherry, raspberry and dark chocolate, complemented by a distinctive hint of mint that is characteristic of premium Coonawarra Cabernet. The palate is vibrant and fruit-driven, delivering rich dark berry flavours balanced by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and full-bodied structure.
