The palate has and abundance of tropical fruit flavours, it has a juicy core of fresh passionfruit and citrus with crisp natural acidity.

Technical:

Multi award winning winemaker selects two premium vineyards in the Margaret River region to source this stunning parcel of Sauvignon Blanc. One vineyard gives the wine weight and body, the other zest and punchy fruit flavour. A small portion of this is then barrel fermented using wild yeast and then added back to give further richness, structure and mouthfeel. The resulting wine is Sauvignon blanc dialled up to 11. See why the Margaret River is fast becoming one of Australias iconic Sauvignon Blanc regions.
