Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow with bright green reflections, indicating a fresh and youthful wine. The aroma is lively and aromatic, featuring notes of citrus—particularly grapefruit and lime—alongside tropical fruits like passionfruit and pineapple. There are also herbal hints of fresh cut grass and a touch of green bell pepper, adding complexity. On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, with zesty acidity that invigorates the senses. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruit dominate, complemented by a subtle minerality and a hint of stone fruit. The texture is lively and vibrant, making it very approachable.
Technical:

Gisborne is the third largest wine growing region area in New Zealand, and is renowned around the world for its distinctive wine styles, emboldened with intense fruit flavours and an easy drinking style. This unique region provides excellent growing conditions, basking in long sunshine hours, with fertile soils and easy access to water. There is a taste of sunshine in every bottle of our wines produced here, including Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Accolades & Awards:

Instantly appealing on the nose, showing pineapple, green rockmelon, Gala apple and lemon/lime peel aromas. The palate delivers a vibrant mouthfeel, combined with juicy fruit intensity and well-pitched acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. At its best: now to 2026.
