The Pauletts Clare Valley Riesling 2025 is a benchmark expression from one of Australia’s most celebrated Riesling producers. Pale straw green in colour, it opens with an enticing nose of brown lime and citrus blossom, layered with hints of tropical fruit and delicate white stone fruit. On the palate, an intense burst of lime cordial, lemon and fresh citrus zest delivers vibrancy and finesse, carried by crisp, beautifully integrated acidity. The finish is long, persistent and defined by pure citrus clarity.

Crafted from free-run juice and fermented in stainless steel with a neutral yeast to preserve varietal purity, the wine was stabilised, filtered, and bottled young to capture freshness and precision.

This release has already received 95 Points & a Gold Medal at the Sydney Royal Wine Show 2025, following in the footsteps of the previous vintage which was awarded 95 Points by Huon Hooke (The Real Review).
