Ferments are pumped over twice daily to maximise colour, tannin, and flavour extraction, with temperature control maintained between 22-25°C to enhance fruit expression. After approximately seven days, the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barrels for up to 12 months, adding complexity and elegance.
