Tasting Notes:

A blend of Pinot Gris, Traminer & Riesling offering fresh flavours of blood orange, lychee and rose petals Nova Vita ticks a log of boxes with this wine. A vegan friendly wine that contains minimal sulphites and is unfiltered offering textural elements. Fermented on the skins to give it a little crunch and chew that we love to see in orange this also provides the rosy orange hue.

Our philosophy is to make elegant and premium quality wines from the best wine region in Australia applying sustainable practices to both our approach to viticulture and winemaking. To achieve this, and after spending 2 years investigating, we found the prefect region for growing premium quality grapes in the Adelaide Hills. The Adelaide Hills is regarded as one of Australia’s premium cool climate wine regions and is renowned for its Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir wines and is gaining a reputation for elegant Shiraz and Cabernet/Merlot blends.
