The McPherson La Vue Victorian Pinot Gris 2022 is a textural and aromatic expression crafted from premium fruit sourced in the Goulburn Valley and the Victorian side of the Murray River. Warm sunny days and cool nights in these regions provide perfect ripening conditions, while blending parcels from different sites adds layers of complexity. Fermentation was carried out in multiple batches, with a small portion seeing light oak and extended lees contact to build texture and structure while retaining bright fruit balance.

Naturally a red-skinned variety, the Pinot Gris grapes were allowed brief skin contact, giving this wine a delicate blush hue. The bouquet is lifted with aromas of ripe pears, lychees and exotic spice.
