Tasting Notes

Bright lemon in colour, our Kangaroo Island Pinot Gris exhibits fresh nashi pear, white peach and honeysuckle blossom aromas.

Technical

We hand selected fruit from our Cassini Vineyard, enabling our wine to truly reflect the immaculate Kangaroo Island climate conditions. There is gentle minerality supporting flavours of nectarine, citrus and fresh cut apple. Limited maturation on lees adds complexity, leading to oh so gentle ginger spice in a very clean, refreshing finish. So refreshing on its own, quite at home with spicy dishes, creamy pasta, pan fried salmon, or roasted scallops with pancetta.
