A medium-bodied wine with delicious nectarine, peach and melon flavours freshened by a pop of citrus. It is rounded and generous on the palate, with subtle oak adding texture and layers of nuts and nougat spice.

Technical:

We love building relationships with like-minded businesses and exploring the connections between wine and the creative process. Most of our collaborations happen organically and we’ve been working with both with Heide Museum and Gorman for a number of years. The fruit is from two vineyards to the north of the region, including Handpicked’s flagship Capella Vineyard. The fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. The juice was fermented in barrel with wild yeasts. A selection of barrels completed malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged on lees in the same barrels, with regular lees stirring, for 11 months.
