Tasting Notes:

The palate is bursting with flavours of lifted white peach, nectarine and honeydew melon, with a dash of lemon zest. The wine has a creamy, textured mouthfeel from lees ageing, which gives way to a lingering fresh acidity and a long finish.

Subtle and well-integrated French oak imparts attractive hints of hazelnut cream, nougat, and soft vanilla spice. There are also notes of butter and some green apple, with a fine minerality.
