The Watershed Senses Margaret River Chardonnay 2025 is a refined and expressive example of premium Margaret River winemaking, sourced from northern vineyard sites with fine clay loams over ironstone. Crafted using a combination of Gingin and clone 95 fruit, night harvesting and cold pressing preserve purity and freshness, while fermentation in both tank and seasoned oak, followed by five months on lees, builds texture and complexity. The outstanding 2025 vintage, shaped by a wet winter and classic warm days with cool nights, has delivered fruit with bright natural acidity and vibrant flavour.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw colour with a green tinge, opening with lifted citrus and nectarine notes layered with subtle oak complexity. The palate is vibrant yet creamy, with fine acidity providing length, balance and persistence through the finish.
