Only individually selected bunches were hand-picked after careful berry tasting to ensure the perfect balance of ripeness and natural acidity. Following gentle crushing and must chilling, only pristine free-run juice was retained before undergoing cool fermentation at 13–15°C using specially selected yeasts to preserve and enhance the wine’s delicate floral and citrus aromatics. Bottled under screw cap to maintain freshness and purity, this Riesling is a masterclass in cool-climate Australian winemaking.

The bouquet is beautifully expressive, opening with lifted lemon blossom, lime zest and lychee aromas layered with crisp apple and subtle orange blossom complexity. On the palate, the wine is youthful, vibrant and beautifully textural, flowing with concentrated lemon and lime citrus characters supported by fresh green apple and a precise line of natural acidity that drives exceptional length and purity.
