Tasting Notes:

Crafted from cool-climate fruit grown in the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, the Greenslade Currency Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2026 is a vibrant and textured white wine with exceptional aromatic lift and varietal purity. After picking, the grapes were gently pressed, then settled overnight and racked to clear juice before undergoing a cool, wild yeast fermentation lasting two weeks. The wine remained on lees to enhance body and texture before being fined, filtered, and bottled.

Aromatic and expressive, the nose shows layers of tropical fruit, crisp apple, and hints of freshly cut grass. The palate carries through with apple, lime juice, and ripe tropical notes, offering impressive palate weight and balance. A fine line of crisp acidity drives the wine forward, delivering a clean, zesty, and refreshing finish with energy and finesse.

Enjoy the Greenslade Currency Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2026 with grilled prawns and mango salsa, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, goat cheese and citrus salad, or fresh oysters.
