The Escapade Vineyards Eden Valley Riesling 2026 is a vibrant single vineyard Riesling that captures the purity and elegance of one of Australia's premier cool-climate wine regions. Grown at approximately 500 metres above sea level in the Eden Valley, the fruit was harvested during the cool of the night before gentle pressing and cool wild yeast fermentation, preserving its exceptional freshness, aromatic intensity and natural acidity. After six months of bottle maturation, the wine was released with outstanding balance and finesse.

Brilliant pale green in colour, the bouquet reveals lifted aromas of lime blossom, lemon, crisp apple and delicate florals with subtle mineral notes. The palate is bright and intensely flavoured, showcasing vibrant lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and crunchy apple, all supported by lively natural acidity and a beautifully textured, refreshing finish.
