Fantastic lemon and lime crush – juice and zest, makrut lime leaf as well – with a distinctive lavender like perfume. The lemons drive the palate at first, acidity lively up front, tapering to a more restrained zing in the finish, leaving more of a white pepper spice note to linger in the exit, that perfume reverberating as you lower the glass. Very approachable for such a freshie."

"A springtime fling of star jasmine, white pear and yellow plums. There is a salt bath mineral note, crushed chalk and all manner of lemon and lime trees overloaded with hanging with fruit. The palate is fairly dry with a skerrick of tutti fruity nectar, but with that bracingly crisp finish we all know and love. A touch of fuzzy sage and raw almond on the finish. This is perky and uplifted and a wonderful wine to kick start a party. Drink with dancing music, corn chips and chunky guacamole."
